Silent Auctions & Raffles

One of our main focuses for raising money for our beneficiary, TyTy, is through our silent auction, donations and sponsorships. There are also several raffles included in our day of music, food, fun & sun. Once again we have accumulated a stunning cross section of original art works and beautifully crafted items. Included in our donations and auction items are artists and community members who have generously contributed to the silent auction. See the following  list:

We realize the importance of sponsorships, donations and volunteers. It takes a huge amount of energy and time to create an event that people love to support. Sponsorships, mean that with a contribution of $500 or in-kind contribution starting at $500 value, would receive recognition on the poster and flyers, any additional written and recorded promotions, 1/8 – 1/4 page recognition on the program that will be distributed the day of the event, as well as shout-outs from our MC at the event. We will hang any promotional logo posters at the event that can be provided to us.  Each sponsor shall receive 1 free ticket to the event for every $100 value donated. Sponsors will also be invited to our “volunteer & celebration” party which will be scheduled 3 weeks after August 18th.
